I found it easy to get around because many shops surround the hotel. the room had all cooking facilities. breakfast included was very nice. It had a good variety of choices.

genuine warmth front desk ample space

i was greeted with genuine warmth. the front desk staff provided assistance, ensuring all needs were met promptly. my room was well kept, so it offered ample space.

the soundproofing could be improved. i could occasionally hear noise from the hallway.

underwhelming stay with cleanliness issues

cockroach infestation limited food

the staff were responsive to requests.

the cleanliness was severely lacking. small cockroaches were everywhere in the room. despite repeated requests, the reception never arranged for the room to be sprayed with insecticide. the food at the restaurant was limited to african cuisine and it barely changed.
